HoneyBunch Apiaries presents a collaboration with Big Jerk. Two local companies from Waterloo Region. Together we created Jerk Style-Hot Honey. With our Farm to Fork honey product combined with a Big Jerk infusion, we bring it all together similar to the chocolate and peanut buttercup creation. After samples were created, they were gifted to family and friends for feedback. A few variations later, a recipe was born that compliments, chicken wings, pork, fish, crackers, creamed cheese, and even pizza. We welcome any additional ideas for its use. Please enjoy! Jamaican Jerk Infused Natural Honey: used as a complimentary dip, or coating on your favourite food.
